Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision, a nightmare.
Site design starts with the most important element in your landscape - you. I'll guide you in a comprehensive inventory of your goals, the quality of life you wish to create, and who’s involved. By bringing in key stakeholders, we can create a step-by-step plan that sees everyone working towards a unified goal. This living document, as your clarified vision, directs and informs my work throughout the design process.
The physical design process kicks off with a detailed remote analysis of climate, location, topography and water. Site visits provide on-site verification, with mapping and surveying if needed, to clarify on-the-ground realities. An exploration of local economic opportunities and regulatory structures can be included as desired. Every component is designed to endure and contribute, based on the specific challenges, solutions, and possibilities you face.
Are We A Good Fit?
Over the years I've learned that a solid collaboration with clients sets the foundation of a project. Take a look to see if I'm a good fit for you and your property.
Your pace, depth of knowledge, active ppt style, simplicity and iconic approach to the imagery, clear and concise answers to questions, rapport with the students, and bite-sized approach to key learning outcomes was AWESOME.
